1番が終わるごとに”Now how many?” （次は何人？ ）と聞きます。振り付けは、次の「歌詞と振り付け」で書かれている通りでもいいですし、歌詞が”so they all rolled over and one fell out!” （みんな寝返りをうったら１人落っこちちゃった！ ）のところで全員が同じ方向に床をごろごろと転がっても楽しいですよ。（大勢の場合はお勧めできません。）同じ歌詞のところになったら逆に転がります。

”There Were Ten in the Bed” （ベッドに子供が10人）の絵本をお持ちの方はこの歌を歌いながら子供に読んでみて下さい。先生や保護者の方が ”There were ten in the bed and the little one said…”（ベッドに１０人いました。小さい子が言いました）と歌い、子供は“Roll over, roll over!”（ もっとそっち行って。もっとそっち行って。）と歌います。
Val from Daddy Ross Preschool in Buenos Aires, Argentina sends along this amazing video of a great way to sing "Ten in the Bed."
Val also suggests, if you have less than 10 kids in your classroom, you can put stuffed animals on the chairs between the children. The children handle the stuffed animals so that first the stuffed animal falls out of bed, and then the child.
Or, you can fast forward song to the number of children you have in class. So if you have 7 kids in your class or at your party, start the song from "There were seven in the bed...".
