（お風呂の歌）

これは体の各部分の紹介や復習に最適の歌です。この歌を通して英語を学習している子供は “Can you…?” （…はできる？）”I can.” （できるよ）のフレーズを楽しく覚えることができます。体の部分を覚える（または復習する）際に大抵の場合使われる”Head Shoulders Knees and Toes” （あたまかたひざぽん）とはまたひと味違った新鮮な歌です。

歌の振り付けは体を洗っているふりをするだけでとてもシンプルです。”Can you wash your…?” (…は洗える？) と聞くと、子供は “I can wash my…” (…は洗えるよ) と洗う真似をします。そして、“I can wash my hair. I can wash my feet.. I can wash my face. I can wash my knees.” （髪の毛洗えるよ。足も洗えるよ。顔も洗えるよ。ひざも洗えるよ。）と一緒に歌って洗います。

子供が歌に慣れてきたら色々なバリエーションをつけてみましょう。例えば、役割を逆にして子供に”Can you wash your…?” (…は洗える？)と聞いてもらいます。“I can wash my…” (…は洗えるよ)と答えて洗うふりをするとき、わざと違う場所を洗って子供がそのことに気がつくかみてみましょう。

お風呂で使うスポンジやシャワーキャップを用意すれば、人数の少ないクラスでは「お風呂ごっこ」をして遊べます。ご自宅では実際にお風呂に入る際に歌ってみてください。（でも、CDプレーヤーをお風呂に持ってはいるのは危険なのでCD無しで歌って下さいね！）体の各部分を覚えられるだけでなく、一人で体を洗う練習にもなる楽しい歌です！試してみて下さい！
